Tanya Gibbs is a board-certified nurse practitioner. She started her nursing career in 2003 and has worked in multiple areas throughout North Carolina. Tanya went on to complete her Master of Science in Nursing Degree, Nurse Practitioner in 2018 and has served in rural communities in primary care, urgent care, cardiology, women’s health and psychiatry. Her training and experience in rural medicine, where there is often limited access to mental health resources, has given her a passion and appreciation for providing great mental health services regardless of location. In her free time, she enjoys crafting, gardening, reading and cooking.
