Based in Bozeman, Montana since 2010, Sheri has been practicing Addiction Medicine full time for the past five years. She started her health care career over 40 years ago and has spent much of her career in critical care, both NICU and adult. She also has experience in health care marketing, quality assurance, and as a business owner. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Texas in 1987. In 2010 she returned to Montana’s Big Sky, obtained her Master of Science in Nursing from Montana State University and became board certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner. She has also worked with Montana State University as a nursing faculty member.
For four generations, Sheri’s family has lived and worked in Montana. Her strong connection to the state, it’s people, and dedication to health care has led to her current work helping those struggling with addiction and mental health challenges. Her extensive medical background and her reputation for being a compassionate provider has facilitated her patient’s success with their recovery journey.
Sheri lives in Bozeman with her husband of 40 years and enjoys the outdoors downhill and cross country skiing, hiking, boating, and traveling. Their 2 young adult children also live in the area and spend much time together as a family.
