Sarah Beaulieu is a board certified nurse practitioner. She began her nursing career as a registered nurse in cardiology and then spent over 6 years in emergency medicine. She went on to receive a Master of Science in Nursing from University of Michigan. Over the last several years she has served in a rural health clinic both as a primary care and urgent care clinician. While her background has been diverse in these settings, she has found her niche in caring for those impacted by mental illness. Her time in the primary care setting with limited access to mental health care during a global pandemic and her background experiences with her veteran husband suffering from PTSD fueled her passion even further to provide easy access to high quality and convenient mental health care. In her free time she enjoys watching Michigan Football with her family and traveling to new places.
Mental health problems don’t define who you are. They are something you experience. You walk in the rain and you feel the rain, but, importantly, YOU ARE NOT THE RAIN. - Matt Haig
