Dr. McFarland is a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner and the CEO and Founder of MyNP Professionals Family Medical Clinic in Wisconsin. Dr. McFarland has been a Family
Nurse practitioner for 12 plus years and a Registered Nurse for 17 plus years. She is the author of a peer-reviewed journal CME article “Early Identification of Pancreatic Cancer,” featured in
the Clinician Reviews peer-reviewed journal. She has presented podium and poster presentations locally and nationally on various health care related topics. She was featured in the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel for her involvement in integrating primary care into a behavioral health care setting. She is a Fellow of the 2018-2019 Duke Johnson & Johnson Nurse Leadership Program. Dr. McFarland is the recipient of the Milwaukee Business Journal 2016, 40 under 40 Award; Milwaukee Times 2017, Corporate Trailblazer Black Excellence Award; and the 2016,
American Association of Nurse Practitioners State Advocate Award.
She is the CEO and Founder of the Wisconsin Association of Nurse Practitioners. Dr. McFarland is a member of various professional organization, including the Wisconsin APRN Coalition, American Association of Nurse Practitioners, and Wisconsin Nurses Association. Dr. Rosalyn McFarland
is a graduate of Milwaukee Area Technical College, Alverno College, and Concordia University Wisconsin.
