Rebecca Gruber is a board-certified nurse practitioner. She started her career working in long term care as a treatment nurse, after receiving her associate degree in nursing. She then quickly moved on to assistant director and Director of Nursing. She then returned to school to pursue her BSN and MSN in nursing. While obtaining her degrees she taught at a local technical college in both the CNA and RN programs. Once she obtained her NP license she worked in family practice in a rural setting, and because of the lack of availability in rural areas to behavioral health professionals she spent much of her practice treating those with depression, anxiety, and other mental health issues. This cemented her passion to provide access to affordable, quality mental health care no matter where the patient is located. In her free time, she can be found on the lake where she and her family enjoy anything water related. She and her family have also recently been licensed to do foster care and looking forward to fostering kids in need.
