Rachel L. Nelson is a registered nurse and certified nurse practitioner. She has over 19 years of clinical nurse experience with over 14 years of experience in family practice and acute care setting. She completed her Bachelor’s Degree from Norfolk State University and a Masters Degree from Hampton University. Rachel served eight years in the military (United States Navy) Nurse Corps. She has worked in Community Health serving the vulnerable populations and serving vulnerable mental health population.
