Poonam Batchu is a board-certified Nurse Practitioner. She earned her Bachelor's of Nursing at Kennesaw State University. She then went on to earn her FNP and DNP Master's degree from Brenau University. Throughout her studies, Poonam has been recognized through the Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society and the Phi Kappa Phi Society for her academic achievements. Poonam has an expertise in primary care, acute care, and chronic care practice. She also has experience in patient diagnosis, evaluation, and appropriate treatment plan development. She approaches her patients as an mentor and advocate with a comprehensive view, and takes time to listen to each of her patients’ concerns. Poonam enjoys spending time with family, cooking, and traveling.
