Piran Mehta is a board-certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner through the American Nurses Credentialing Center. He started his journey working as a Registered Nurse in an Intensive Care Unit of a local trauma level II hospital. He began working in a psychiatric inpatient hospital that welcomed both voluntary and involuntary clients that were in need of mental health treatment. Piran went on to receive a Master of Science in Nursing, Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner degree from Charles R Drew University, in California. Piran is an empathetic prescriber that is easy to talk to and a good listener, no matter what a person’s background may be. In his free time he loves playing or watching basketball, going to the gym, and spending time with friends and family.
