Olubunmi Aziaka, AKA Bunmi is a board-certified Psychiatry Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. She started her nursing career over twenty years ago at the Neuro-psychiatric Hospital in Abeokuta, a small town in Western Nigeria. Once she completed her training in Nigeria, she moved to the U.S. where she got her BSN at Lakeview College of Nursing in Danville, IL. and MSN with a specialty in Mental Health at Walden University. Her diverse training and experience in nursing has strengthened her passion to serve the underserved population within the healthcare system. Through her work with veterans at Danville VA Medical Center, she is able to promote mental health as the cornerstone of well-being. Outside of work, you can find Bunmi enjoying quality time with her husband and four children.
