Nichola N. Ali is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. She started her career working as a Licensed Master Social Worker with the foster care population. Nichola went on to complete her accelerated Bachelors of Science in Nursing degree and then worked as a psychiatric nurse in a mental health hospital with all populations throughout the lifespan of development. She then went on to receive a second Masters degree, a Master of Science in Nursing with a specialty in Psychiatry and served as psychiatric liaison to attending physicians in a skilled nursing facility. Her training experiences in both Social Work and Nursing with individuals ranging from 5 years old to geriatric age, foster care, all mental health disorders, medically fragile, developmentally disabled, substance abuse, and LGBTQ has allowed for her to not only gain the necessary experience but has also continued the passion instilled within her to provide access to ideal, high quality, and affordable psychiatric care to those in need. In her free time, you can find her hiking wilderness trails, practicing her cooking skills, or volunteering at the animal rescue.
