Mosunmoluwa Sokoya is a Board Certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner. She started her career as a registered nurse working in different specialties before migrating to the United States in 2015, after which she worked as a psychiatric nurse with both children and adults in different settings including inpatient hospitals and chemical dependency treatment centers. She then went on to receive a Master of Science degree in Psychiatric/Mental Health Nursing and has worked as an outpatient psychiatric provider since then. Her background, training and experience both as a nurse and now a provider has ignited a passion to reduce the stigma associated with mental health and improve accessibility to quality mental health care, regardless of the client’s socioeconomic status and location. In her free time, she loves to cook, read and enjoy quality time with friends and family.
Do unto others as you would have them do unto you. - Matthew 7:12
