Melissa Tam is a board-certified nurse practitioner. She has years of experience working in Adult Primary Care, with a lot of experience taking care of patients with mental health issues, especially treating anxiety, depression, and sleep problems. Melissa is also certified as a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) Life Coach and she has seen a large influx of stressors in patients' lives due to COVID. She is passionate about providing quality and compassionate care with an emphasis in a holistic approach. Melissa believes in helping people improve their mental wellness by also educating and encouraging them to practice better habits can lead to good overall balanced health. Her goal is to help patients in their lives, so they can feel empowered to handle life better on their own.
