Melissa Cosgrove is a board-certified Nurse Practitioner. She started her career as a Licensed Practical Nurse working with older adults within an assisted living facility. She went on to complete her Registered Nursing Degree and worked in Dialysis where she cared from patients with chronic illness in addition to depression and anxiety. She then went on to receive a Master of Science in Nursing in Education and worked to support ongoing education of clinical staff in a large multi-specialty organization.Following this, she went on to receive a second Master of Science in Nursing, this time with an emphasis on Nurse Practitioner from Gonzaga University. She has worked in many diverse areas including Primary Care and various specialties including Nephrology. Her training and experiences have reinforced her passion to provide access to affordable, quality mental health care regardless of where a patient may be located. In her free time, you can find her spending time in her garden, reading a book from many different genres, or enjoying time with her family.
