Melinda Sanfilippo has been involved in healthcare for over 40 years. She graduated from Oregon Health Sciences University with an BSN RN degree in 1976, graduated from University of Phoenix in 2003 with an MSN in nursing along the educational and management track, and finally reached her nurse practitioner degree in 2014. This practice in helping others continues to be a life long quest. She brings a human understanding of the human plight.
She was married in her mid twenties, and remains married to the same husband. She has four healthy children and yet she still found time to get more education as well as work as an RN. Melinda grew up on an 200 acre farm with sheep, goats and cattle and there she had her first horse. Melinda is currently living on 5 acres. She has milked goats and made goat cheese, now having a large flock of chicken, geese and ducks, she is gathering eggs. As her email handle tells you, She's a farmgirl.
