ABOUT Megan S. Foreman

Megan Foreman is a board-certified Nurse Practitioner. She started her career working as a medical assistant on a child and adolescent psychiatric and eating disorder unit . Megan went on to complete her Registered Nurse degree and completed specialty rotations on child and adult psychiatry units. She then went on to complete her Master of Science in Nursing in the Family Nurse Practitioner Program. She has 11 years experience as a Nurse Practitioner and has worked in family practice, urgent care and college health settings. She provided care and prescribed mental health medication for children, adolescents and adults in all settings. Megan also served as the Director of the Eating Disorder team at the University of Colorado, where she prescribed mental health medications and managed the care of patients with disordered eating, among other mental health disorders. Megan's experiences in both urban and very rural areas with limited access to health care have ignited a passion to provide access to affordable, quality mental health care no matter where a patient may be located.

In her free time you can find her enjoying time with her family and being active outdoors with skiing, running and mountain biking.
