Mary W. Tarawalie is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) and Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP). She started her nursing career working as a geriatric nursing assistant at a nursing home and assisted living facilities where she cared for the elderly with dementia. Mary pursued her Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing in 2012 and worked in different specialties including intensive care units in renowned hospitals in Maryland and Washington DC. She then pursued her Master of Science in Nursing Degree and worked as a CRNP in internal medicine primary care where she cares for patients remotely and in person. She later pursued her post-master certificate degree in Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) from Liberty University in Lynchburg, Virginia. At her leisure time, she will be in her kitchen cooking her favorite meals and setting up her dining table for guests.
