ABOUT Maneca Jean-Baptiste

Dr. Maneca Jean-Baptiste is a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner. She obtained her Master's Degree in Nursing from Long Island University in Brooklyn in 2013 and her Bachelor's Degree in Nursing at Adelphi University in Garden City in 2006. Her 16 year nursing career entails working in a hospital, group home, and nursing home setting assessing, diagnosing, and treating acute and chronic conditions. These conditions include Depression, Anxiety, Bipolar Disorder, Schizophrenia, Insomnia, UTI's, Falls, Common Colds, High Blood Pressure, Pneumonia, Arthritis, Constipation, and GI issues. Her passion for teaching and helping others lead her to pursue a Doctorate in Nursing in 2018 at Wilkes University.

Her affiliations are the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and the Nurse Practitioner Association of New York State. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her husband, 5 year old, and 6 month old daughters. Her hobby's include traveling and gardening.
