ABOUT Lindsey M. Richards

Lindsey Richards is a board-certified Nurse Practitioner. She started her career in healthcare at age 18, working as a direct care worker for children and adults with special needs. Lindsey completed her Licensed Practical Nursing Certificate from St. Clair County Community College, followed by both Associate and Bachelor’s Degrees in Nursing from Excelsior College. She then completed her Master’s Degree in Nursing from Simmons University in 2020, and she is currently a Doctoral student at Simmons University anticipated to graduate in August of 2022. Along her nursing journey, Lindsey worked in many diverse areas, including public health, primary care, and hospice. Recently, Lindsey spent time caring for the unaccompanied migrant children at El Paso, Texas border. Her training, experience, and passion for nursing have driven her to understand the need for quality mental health care. In addition, she enjoys traveling, watching movies, and cruising around in her SS Camaro in her free time.
