Linda Gruenwald is a board-certified nurse practitioner. Linda graduated in 1996 with her Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing from Oregon Health and Sciences University and graduated with her Masters of Science in Nursing from Gonzaga University in 2004. Her nursing career began by working as a psychiatric nurse in a large psychiatric hospital. Since then, she has spent the last 16 years working in Family Medicine. She has worked in many areas including mental health, geriatrics, urgent health care and correctional medicine. Linda Gruenwald always wanted to be in a career that would help and treat people in need. Her fascination with the sciences and the desire to help people is what led her to nursing and ultimately becoming a nurse practitioner. In her free time, you can find her riding horses, spending time with her husband and three girls, or reading a nonfiction book.
