Lianne Maupin is a board-certified nurse practitioner. She has over 7 years of experience in mental health, and has worked with clients of all ages, specializing in Anxiety, Depression, Insomnia, Substance Use, and ADHD. She earned her undergraduate degree from Oakwood University and Masters in Nursing from the University of Alabama in Birmingham. She was chosen to be the first resident for UAB’s one year post-residency Nurse Practitioner program specializing in child and adolescent psychiatry. Her training experiences in various clinical settings has allowed her to understand how one’s mental health may affect all aspects of life including family and social relationships, work, and physical health. Lianne is passionate about helping others find balance, mental healing, and renewed energy for their life. In her personal time, she enjoys traveling, listening to audio books, and creating fun memories with her son.
