ABOUT Leah K. Glynn

Leah is a double board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) and the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC). She completed her BSN in Nursing at the University of North Carolina-Wilmington, Bachelor of Science at Virginia Tech, Master of Nurse Education at Western Governors University, and Master of Arts in Psychology at American Military University. Finally, she completed her Master of Science with a concentration in Family Nurse Practitioner at Georgetown in 2020. She is a member of the Sigma Theta Tau International Nursing Honor Society, ANCC, and AANP. She aspires to earn her doctorate within the next five years.

After working as a nurse for over a decade, Leah strongly believes in educating her patients in order provide them with autonomy over their healthcare. To do this, Leah values building strong, open relationships with her patients.
