Laura Brantman-Johnson is a board-certified Nurse Practitioner. She started her nursing career in 2011 working in hospitals in critical and cardiac care. In 2015, she received her Master's degree in nursing and worked in several areas including cardiology, urgent care, and primary care. She completed the Duke Johnson & Johnson Nurse Leader fellowship in 2018, and in 2020 received a Doctorate of Nursing Practice. Since 2019, her clinical area of focus is on primary care and wellness.
Laura has extensive experience working with people from both urban and rural areas that struggle with access to care, and is passionate about providing quality care to improve the physical and mental wellbeing of all people. Everyone deserves access to quality healthcare and to feel their best.
In her free time Laura can be found golfing poorly, caring for one of the many rescue animals she is fostering, or out for a run or walk.
