Kristy Perry is a board-certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner. She has 18 years of experience as a nurse and seven as a board-certified Psychiatric/Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP). Most recently, she graduated from the University of Texas at Arlington in 2013. Kristy has served patients as a PMHNP in a state mental hospital and a correctional psychiatric facility in the state of Texas. She enjoys helping her patients with mental illness step into a place of higher functioning, confidence, knowledge, and hope. She believes no one should be ashamed of seeking help for mental health concerns. She is licensed to practice in the states of TX, CO, and CA and is a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners and the East Texas Nurse Practitioner Association. Away from the office, Kristy loves spending time with her family, spoiling her grandchildren, reading, traveling, and looking after the family’s land, cattle, and business.
