Kriston Sandidge is a board-certified Nurse Practitioner. She started her career in healthcare over 15 years ago at a local hospital. Kriston went on to complete her Registered Nursing Degree and began working with the Orthopedic Team and after a few years transitioned into Cardiothoracic Intensive Care. As a Registered Nurse she went on to become a resource for her local hospitals. Crossed-trained to all Intensive Care Units, Emergency, Med-Surg and Mental Health Divisions, she was able to work in several hospitals in her community. She went on to receive her Master of Science in Nursing and began working as a board-certified Nurse Practitioner in Internal Medicine. While working in Internal Medicine she cared for a wide variety of illnesses including mental health. After several years, she transitioned into Emergency Medicine. She has continued to advance her degree and went on to receive her Doctoral of Nursing Practice and serves as Adjunct Faculty for other Doctoral Nursing students at a local University. She has continued to expand her knowledge in healthcare over the years and continues to remain passionate about quality healthcare. In her free time, you can find her kickboxing, traveling to new places, overlooking a beautiful scenery, or eating one too many sweet treats.
