Kristin Adams is a board-certified nurse practitioner. She started her career working as a surgical nurse at the age of 20. Kristin went on to complete her Bachelors of Nursing Degree and worked as a cardiac surgical intensive care nurse in multiple hospitals. She then went on to receive a Master of Science in Nursing and worked as an intensivist in several hospitals across Iowa. In her free time, you can find her in the gym or on her peloton, creating memories with her four daughters and husband or creating new recipes as she loves to “cook from the heart” and forgo a recipe any chance she gets.
