Katrina Sani is a board-certified nurse practitioner. She began her career working as a nurse’s assistant while going to school to complete her Bachelor of Science in Nursing. After working in cardiology as an RN she decided she wanted to be able to help people further, so she decided to obtain her nurse practitioner certification. She continued to work as a nurse full time and complete her Master of Science in Nursing. This led her to be on the forefront of a new program treating patients with addiction and mental health disorders. For Katrina, treating people who are underserved is both fulfilling and a driving force to continue to break down barriers to quality care. In her free time, you can find her at home with her family and two dogs.
