Kate Brock is a board-certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner. She started her career in healthcare at the age of 16, where she worked as a nursing assistant in a long-term care facility. Kate continued on in her education, where she first obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology followed by her Bachelor of Science in Nursing. She has worked as a registered nurse in multiple different settings, including outpatient provider offices, inpatient oncology, and inpatient maternal newborn care. After working as an RN for 8 years, Kate went back to school to obtain her Master’s in Nursing, with a focus on Psychiatric Mental Health. Her life experiences, as well as those seen through academia and its associated preceptorships, have provided Kate with a passion for providing quality mental health to anyone who is in need in an affordable and timely manner. In her free time, you will find Kate spending time with her family- traveling, hiking, cooking, and taking lots of pictures!
