Joseph Nemeth is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. He started his career as an RN working primarily in hospital settings caring for patients with serious mental illness. After receiving his doctorate from Rush University, he went on to serve patients in psychiatric hospitals in Albuquerque, NM and Phoenix, AZ. He has treated a wide variety of illnesses including anxiety, depression, ADHD, bipolar disorder, and schizophrenia as well as substance use disorders. His experience with severely ill patients has inspired him to provide early interventions and quality mental health care in order to improve outcomes for his patients. In his free time, he enjoys reading science fiction and fantasy novels, mountain biking, or seeking out fun local restaurants.
