Joni McCoy is a board- certified Nurse Practitioner. She started her career in the healthcare field at the age of 18. Joni completed her Bachelor of Nursing degree and began working full time to provide high quality healthcare in her community. She then went on to receive a Master of Science in Nursing at South University. She has worked in many diverse areas including Urgent Care, Preventative Medicine, Women's Health, Palliative Care and Psychiatry. Her training experiences in the healthcare field have contributed to her passion of providing accessible, affordable, quality mental health care to those in need. In her free time, you can find her at her son’s soccer game, her daughter’s cheerleading competition or playing with her young twins.
