Jacob Read is a Board Certified APRN who began his education at Vanderbilt University. Jacob’s interest in mental health began while interning at a youth mental health center in the greater Nashville area. After finishing the program at Vanderbilt, Jacob went on to work at numerous inpatient and outpatient facilities. This included work at the Montana State Psychiatric Facility, working with the University of Montana as a Suicide prevention coordinator, and working with numerous tribal organizations across America. During his time working and travelling he quickly realized he had a passion for the underserved. When Jacob is not working, he enjoys spending time with his wife and child in the great outdoors. He is an avid fisherman and loves to camp.
