Erin Passailaigue is a board-certified Nurse Practitioner. She started her career as a certified nurse aide in long-term care facilities, and in the community as a home health aide. She became a Registered Nurse where she worked in both hospital -affiliated emergency departments as well as free standing emergency centers. Erin attended University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio and obtained her Masters of Science in Nursing with a minor in Nursing Education. She went on to practice in emergency medicine, with experience with pediatric, adult and geriatric patients with acute and chronic conditions, including behavioral health and psychiatric emergencies. Her experiences with mental health emergencies ignited a passion to increase access to mental health services in the community. In her free time, you can find Erin gardening with native plants in her pollinator garden and hiking in the Texas hill county.
