Dr. Elysa Graham, Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C). She is a graduate of Troy University in Troy, Alabama where she completed her education up to the doctoral level in their nursing program. The early part of her nursing career was spent in the United States Army on active duty for 14 years where she served primarily as registered nurse and nurse practitioner.
As a nurse practitioner with 7 years’ experience in various practice settings, like family practice, rural medicine, urgent care, and psychology. She has completed a family practice residency, and her research and practice interests include health literacy, geriatrics, and healthcare innovation.
Dr. Graham’s hobbies include watching historical dramas, international films, anime, and most of all spending time at the beach. She lives on the east coast where she and her husband have two school age sons who love basketball, video games, eating out around town.
In clinical practice she has always gravitated towards opportunities that focus on wellness or caring for vulnerable populations, and believes mental health should be honest, accessible & affordable.
