ABOUT David Frovarp

David Frovarp is a healthcare professional who also has a background and education in business administration. His career started as an emergency services registered nurse in a hospital south of Atlanta. After a couple years he relocated to his home state of Minnesota and worked as an RN Supervisor while pursuing he MSN-FNP. After receiving his degree he worked as the primary medical provider for behavioral health hospitals in Fergus Falls and Annandale, Minnesota. He also spent time providing on-call emergency room and clinic coverage to a rural health hospital in Elbow Lake, Minnesota.
During this time, he furthered his education by returning to graduate school and obtaining his Masters Degree in Business Administration.

He spent some time on the east coast in New Jersey in leadership roles working as the Director of Medical Services for Addiction Recovery Systems and working as a Nurse Practitioner for John Brooks Recovery Center while also helping to establish orders, protocols, and patient care standards for their opening of a 120 bed inpatient unit in Mays Landing, New Jersey. He and his family then returned back to Minnesota after he was recruited by a pain management company to help get their expansion to the Minnesota region up and running. Along with seeing patients in clinic, he was asked to help with their site visits in different areas as they looked to grow and expand and spent time speaking with medical professionals and doing presentations for the company.

Currently, he is working full time as a Program Director for a geriatric behavioral health unit and is also happy to be joining the team at Cerebral to meet the needs of individuals in the community. His past experience in leadership roles, chemical dependency, and patient care has allowed him the opportunity to see a diverse background of patients and cases. He will continue to use this vast knowledge to strive for greatness in his work and personal life while looking to adapt and thrive in new situations.
