Crystal Kennedy is a board-certified Nurse Practitioner who started her nursing career over a decade ago and has since worked in a vast variety of settings as a registered nurse including home health, nursing homes, and several hospital settings including cardiac ICU. Over six years ago she completed her Master of Science in Nursing and began diagnosing and treating patients. One of the most common health concerns she has encountered is mental health, managing conditions ranging from anxiety, depression, insomnia, ADHD, and more. Struggling with mental health conditions herself such as anxiety and ADHD, Crystal has acquired a passion for helping people who are struggling with mental health-related problems. Mental health conditions like anxiety can be difficult to talk about and having a care provider who has not only treated patients with these conditions but also experienced them herself, makes patients feel at ease. In her free time, she attends part-time classes for her Doctorate of Nursing Practice, enjoys outdoor activities with family, and snuggling with her cat.
If you can't fly, run. If you can't run, walk. If you can't walk, crawl, but by all means keep moving.- Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.
