Chrystel Hart is a board certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner and Family Nurse Practitioner. She has been in the nursing profession for 24 years. She earned her Master of Science degree from Florida Atlantic University and post master’s degree in Psychiatry from Maryville University. She has experience in primary care, hospice, and behavioral health in a variety of settings and age groups. Chrystel believes in providing integrative compassionate care to promote balance in physical, mental, and spiritual health. She has four children and one granddaughter. She enjoys spending time with her family and being outdoors including biking, fishing, and boating.
