Charlsey Crawford is a licensed Family Nurse Practitioner with over 12 years of direct patient care. She graduated with her Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing from Austin Peay State University (Clarksville, Tennessee) and further obtained her Master’s Degree in Nursing at South University (Savannah, Georgia). She holds a national certification with the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. Her goal as a provider is to listen to every individualized need and build a relationship of trust and respect with her patients.
