Charlotte Herring is a board-certified Nurse Practitioner. She first graduated from the University of Michigan with a Bachelor of Science in Brain, Behavior, and Cognitive Sciences, and later obtained a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from New York University followed by a Masters in Nursing from the University of California-San Francisco. Charlotte is committed to increasing access to quality mental healthcare worldwide, as well as facilitating her clients’ connections between mind, body, and spirit. She is a trained mind-body medicine provider through the Center for Mind-Body Medicine, a 200-hour registered yoga teacher (200-RYT), and a strong advocate for meditation and mindfulness practices. Charlotte has worked in a variety of clinical settings, most recently in primary care telemedicine and at the San Francisco VA Medical Center. She has also worked on numerous humanitarian aid projects in Honduras, Bangladesh, Greece, and Myanmar. Charlotte is passionate about providing warm, non-judgmental, holistically-focused mental healthcare. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, yoga, taking DJ lessons, and discovering new music.
