Cecilia Langford is a board-certified Advanced Practice Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner. She started her professional career working as a critical care nurse, then went on to train in advanced practice nursing. She obtained her Masters degree in Nursing at Florida State University and her board certification as a psychiatric mental health nurse Practitioner at the University of Florida.

Her experiences beyond nursing are in education both in hospital based settings and at the college of nursing teaching both licensed practical nurses and Registered Nurses (basic RN and BSN). She has volunteer hours with the American Lung association, Hospice, and BLS community education,.

Cecilia Believes in guiding and assisting her clients in their decisioning-making on the treatment plan including medications, therapy, and alternatives.

Outside of her work she spends time with family, her pets George and Nimh, and gardening. She also enjoys crocheting and jewelry making just for fun.
