Cathy Ensworth is a board-certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner. She worked as a Registered Nurse for over twenty years caring for patients in hospitals and in their homes. She received her Master's in Nursing and became certified as an Adult-Geriatric Nurse Practitioner. It was during this time that she found her passion for mental health and continued her education to become a board-certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner. She works to improve access to mental health and reduce the stigma surrounding it. Cathy's education, training, and life experiences have given her the ability to meet people where they are in life and offer them hope. In her free time, you can find her in the garden, spending time with her family, or helping care for homeless animals.
