Caedora Benton is a board-certified nurse practitioner who loves working in mental health. She has worked with patients since starting out as a nurse’s assistant back in 2009. She went on to obtain her Registered Nursing Degree in 2013 and immediately begun working in the hospital. Shortly after, she finished her master’s program and sat for her boards to become a nurse practitioner. She has dedicated her time to serving her community by not only studying the relationship between mental health and stabilization, but also learning how methods of additional resources can aid in longevity of care. Caedora has been motivated to provide mental health services, without judgement, but rather through empathy and active listening. She spends her time getting to know her patients on a personal level so they can feel empowered and encouraged as they face some of life’s biggest challenges.
