Anna Melville, DNP, PMHNP, is a doctorally-prepared, board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner with extensive training across diverse populations in psychiatry including inpatient, outpatient, and college student mental health. Her background as a school nurse at a large, public middle and high school inspired her to become a psychiatric nurse practitioner, where she integrates medication management and complementary modalities into her practice. Her approach is patient-centered, with a focus on building a trusting relationship that ensures a safe, inclusive space for clients to receive care. She obtained her doctorate degree in nursing practice from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, and she completed an advanced practice provider fellowship in psychiatry and mental health with the Medical College of Wisconsin in Milwaukee.
