Bio
Anna McMullen is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. After receiving her Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Anna started her career working as a Crisis Counselor at a psychiatric rehabilitation program. In this position, she fell in love with learning about medicine and how it can help people transition out of crisis and into a more stable place in their lives. Anna went on to receive her Bachelor's of Science in Nursing, Master's of Science in Nursing Education, and a Post-Graduate Certificate in Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. In addition to psychiatry, Anna has worked in many diverse settings including community-based mental health, addictions, hospice care, diabetes education, and pharmaceuticals. Anna's training and experiences have ignited a passion for mental health awareness and breaking down the stigma associated with mental health issues in order to help people learn how to live a more fulfilled life. If Anna is not at a Dave Matthews concert in her free time, you can find her boating or outside with her husband, kids, dogs, and plants.Gender
