A Registered Nurse and Certified Nurse Practitioner with over 16 years of experience in healthcare; Ann Doty continues to broaden her expertise in the field of mental health and provide improved access for patients in need. After graduating from Brigham Young University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing, she excitedly entered a training program for entrance into emergency medicine at Valley Regional Medical located in Las Vegas, Nevada, later transferring to Queens Medical Center in Honolulu, Hawaii to immerse herself in the practice of trauma medicine. In 2008, Ann received a commission in the United States Army, applying her training in civilian emergency/trauma to multiple assignments, often caring for those affected mentally and emotionally by the trauma of war. Upon leaving the Army, she completed her Graduates degree as at The George Washington University in 2016. She has since gone on to gain crucial clinical experience in the positions she has held as an Infectious Disease Specialist, in-patient Hospitalist, Primary Care Provider, and Telehealth Practitioner in Fayetteville, North Carolina, Las Vegas, Nevada, and national telehealth platforms. Joining the Cerebral team, Ann brings a diverse skill set and experience in critical hands-on and acute care, and hopes to contribute to the optimization of mental health management. Ann and her husband David live in Brandenburg, Kentucky, with their daughters Ally (8 years old) and Savannah (5 years old). She enjoys spending time with her family, attempting to garden, and being outdoors.
