Dr. Allison Lesmann is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. She has been a nurse since 1996 and worked as a Registered Nurse in a variety of specialties for 14 years before returning to school for her advanced practice degrees. Working as a Family Nurse Practitioner in primary care, she felt the impact of the shortage of mental health care providers and lack of access to psychiatric care which prompted her to further her education in mental health. She is a firm believer in Cerebral's mission and wholeheartedly believes that all people deserve access to high-quality mental health care. She is a marathon runner and an animal lover. She enjoys spending time with her 2 dogs and traveling with her husband and grown sons in her spare time.Gender
