Alice Lozada is a board-certified nurse practitioner. She has been a healthcare professional for over 12 years and worked in multiple areas with a variety of patient populations. After working at the bedside caring for stroke intensive care patients for many years, her desire to help patients to prevent these tragedies grew. She then decided to get her Masters degree to become a nurse practitioner and began working in a neurology clinic. Mental health is a tremendous part of holistic care that is not profoundly acknowledged. Alice has experienced aiding patients working through physical and mental ailments and being with them every step of the way. Her goal is to be her patient’s partner throughout their holistic journey and be available for compassionate and thoughtful care. When she is not working, Alice enjoys spending time with her two sons and husband. They love to be outside and try to travel as much as possible.
Mental health is a essential part of healthcare that is not always readily addressed or discussed. I strive to provide compassionate and excellent care to my patients in a comfortable environment. -Alice Lozada
