Dr. Alice Ukaegbu is a doctoral prepared Nurse practitioner with board certification from American Nursing Credentialing Center (ANCC) in two specialty areas: in Family practice and Psychiatric mental health in Washington, DC metropolis (Maryland and District of Columbia). She obtained her undergraduate and master’s Degrees in Nursing from Howard University in Washington DC. She received her Doctor of Nursing at Chatham University in Pittsburg PA and Post master’s certificate in Psychiatric She has had over 30 years of professional experience and prior to Starting work at Adolice Medical Services PLLC Dr. Alice Ukaegbu had worked with Healthy Horizon Child & Family Care Services, Advanced neighborhood pediatric Clinic, Howard University Student Health Center and Howard University Hospital. She currently practices at Howard University and Adolice Medical Services PLLC.
She is a warm, compassionate provider who cares about her patient and will collaborate with interprofessional and interdisciplinary teams to bring about best evidence-based care to the patients. Her goal is to provide a holistic care from prevention to lifestyle modification, to screening and treatment of physical and mental disorders. She participates in seminars and conferences for continuing education as her moto is, we learn every day of our lives.
