Adrienne O’Neal is a board-certified nurse practitioner. She started her nursing career at a psychiatric residential treatment facility for adolescent girls. She then worked with dementia and Alzheimer patients when she decided to return to school. She received a Master of Science in Nursing degree and worked at a clinic located in a small, critical access hospital. She has worked in many diverse areas including pediatrics, psychiatry, geriatrics, family medicine, emergency medicine, and wound care. Her experience in extremely rural areas with limited access to health care has ignited a passion to provide access to affordable, quality mental health care no matter where a patient may be located. In her free time you can find her with her husband and four daughters hiking new trails throughout the mountains of Wyoming or traveling and exploring new locations. Adrienne likes to consider herself a foodie, but really just enjoys comfort food.
Things to remember: Setbacks don't equal failure, you are allowed to set boundaries, you are more than an illness, and most importantly, it is okay to rest. - Anonymous
