ABOUT Victoria Esnault

Victoria Esnault is licensed in Georgia as a LAPC and received her Master's degree in Counseling from Capella University. As a survivor of some not ideal situations, Victoria understands the impact of trauma, depression, anxiety and self-defeating behaviors and now works to help other people work through their presenting feelings and concerns. Victoria's experience includes working with children, adults, couples and families in private practice settings as well as on a college campus. She works from a Strengths-Focused and personal standpoint utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Bowen's Family Systems Theory, Narrative Therapy and Solution Focused therapy. She uses each methodology catered to YOU to develop healthy coping skills and action plans with the goal of creating a stable mental place that you can maintain. Victoria works daily to promote mental wellness as self-care and normalizing mental health. In her free time, Victoria enjoys spending time with her family, watching movies, reading books, travel and cuddling with her two tabby cats; Oliver and Milo.
