ABOUT Trisha White

Trisha White holds a Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology from East Tennessee State University with additional graduate coursework in Clinical Psychology from Auburn University. Having grown up in a rural Iowa, Trisha understands the varying degrees of access to mental health care across the country and is excited to see telemedicine addressing some of these inadequacies. Trisha has experience treating individuals with addiction issues, ADHD, mood and anxiety disorders, PTSD, and thought disturbances. Her therapeutic approach is cognitive-behavioral and she believes strongly in the effectiveness of mindfulness practices. Trisha embraces positive thinking, humor, and acceptance as vital components in everyday wellness. In her free time, Trisha tries to spend as much time outdoors as schedules and weather permit. She also loves science fiction, animals, and true crime podcasts.
