Tasha Lacy is a Licensed School Counselor with sixteen years of experience in education. She has a Bachelor of Science degree in Educational Psychology from Alcorn State University and a Master of Science in School Counseling from Alcorn State University. She currently provides counseling services to diverse populations in Tennessee and strives to utilize her education to promote mental health awareness. Her past experiences are in community mental health, Child & Adolescent behavior counseling and case management. A few of her areas of expertise include ADHD, ODD, anxiety and trauma informed practices. Her treatment model involves cognitive behavior therapy, which includes mindfulness, deep breathing and other evidence-based interventions. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, spending time with family and friends, and walking.
